This offer is provided by Be.EV, which is a trading name of Iduna Infrastructure Limited (‘Iduna’) of 7th Floor, 111 Piccadilly, Manchester, United Kingdom, M1 2HY.

The closing date for submitting sites under this offer is 31 Dec 2024. We reserve the right to discount entries received after the closing date. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

You can submit as many sites as you wish.

How it works

Please contact Be.EV (at sites@be-ev.co.uk, using the Subject Line: Site Referral Reward Scheme) to submit your site(s). As a minimum, we need the recommended site’s address and postcode, as well as the contact information of the site owner / representative in the form of their name, email address, and/or phone number, and/or similar contact details. You will be required to facilitate introductions and ongoing discussion as we progress towards an agreed deal to locate EV chargers on the site.

Receiving your fee

The following table (PDF) details the steps required to progress with a site through to Finders Fee payment.

Be.EV expect all Target Sites to become Accepted Sites within 180 days. If a Target Site fails to become an Accepted Site within 180 days following the date of receipt of the Submitted Site it will become a Rejected Site for the purpose of this promotion.

Where multiple parties submit the same site that becomes an Accepted Site, the promotional fee will be split between the parties at Iduna's sole discretion. In making this decision, Iduna will factor in the timing and details of submitted entries.

Entrants will be notified of their payment by e-mail as soon as reasonably practicable following the site becoming an Accepted Site. It should be noted that there may be confidentiality reasons following the agreement of leases that may result in this communication being delayed.
