  • We’re actively seeking high-exposure, well-connected locations that: 

    • Are easily accessible from major roads and commuter routes (under 2 minutes from main roads) 

    • See consistent vehicle traffic from shoppers, commuters, or visitors 

    • Have dedicated parking spaces, typically ranging from 2 to 24 bays 

    • Offer public 24/7 access (not gated or restricted) 

    • Include on-site amenities like coffee shops, retail, or drive-thrus 

  • High-Priority Regions: 

    • London & the South East 

    • Birmingham & the West Midlands 

    • South Coast (Poole to Dover) 

    Other Key Target Areas: 

    • East Midlands 

    • South Wales (Cardiff – Swansea M4 Corridor) 

    • Leeds / Sheffield 

    • Liverpool 

    Sites outside these areas are still considered but must meet higher selection standards.
