Head to your Be.EV app > Account > Subscriptions to pick your tier and start saving.
If you’ve got a stored payment card, you can select it to pay your monthly fee; if not, you can add one easily there-and-then for future billing.
Once you’re subscribed, use your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card to charge-up at your discounted rate. It’s as easy as that.

The Mini unlocks a 49p/kWh charging price for just £4.99 per month, whilst The Mega unlocks a super-low 39p/kWh charging price all-day for £9.99 per month.
Subscribe anytime, cancel anytime – you’ve got the power.
You can charge-up at any Be.EV charger with your discounted Be.EV subscription price.
That’s over 750-charging bays across the UK where you can power-up at your cheaper rate.
Of course not, that’s not our style – subscribe anytime, cancel anytime, you’ll only pay for a month at a time.
Taking a break? We get it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the same place you started it – head to your Be.EV app > Account > Subscriptions > Purchased to cancel your active subscription.
We won’t take another payment, and you’ll still have access to your discounted charging price for the remainder of your billing period.
There are two subscription tiers in the Be.EV app: The Mini and The Mega.
If you’d like to move from one to another, head to your Be.EV app > Account > Subscriptions > Purchased and cancel your active subscription – this will stop it from renewing, whilst giving you access to the discounted rate for the full remainder of the billing period.
Then, once your last billing period has ended, head into your Be.EV app > Account > Subscriptions > Available and subscribe to your new tier.
(Don’t worry, we’re working to make this process a little more seamless soon.)
Once you subscribe to The Mini or The Mega subscription in your Be.EV app, we’ll use the same stored payment card you chose on sign-up to automatically renew your subscription each month.
If your card expires, is removed, or isn’t able to cover the monthly fee – we’ll let you by email to resolve it. If we’re still unsuccessful in collecting your monthly fee, your subscription will be cancelled, and you’ll lose access to your discounted rate after the previous billing period has ended.
There are a couple of situations where the regular charging price for a Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card user could be cheaper than a subscription charging price at some times of day.
Don’t worry – we’ll always take the lowest applicable price, so you’ll get the best deal day or night.
Your account’s Be.EV subscription is only to be used by you to charge one EV (some things aren’t for sharing), and we apply a fair-usage cap of 2,000 discounted kWh per month (enough to drive from London to Beijing!), which is way more than you’ll need. Aside from that, fill your boots!
If you’re having issues seeing the subscriptions tab in your account, or they’re not appearing quite right, this is likely because your Be.EV app isn’t quite up-to-date (this feature is brand new, so requires the latest version).
Head to your phone’s app store to update your Be.EV app to the latest version (from October 2025).
Yep, just make sure you’re charging with your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card between 7pm and 7am. If you’re using a roaming partner app (like Zapmap, Electroverse, etc) or Contactless, you won’t get the 39p/kWh rate.
Not yet, our 39p/kWh off-peak rate applies to only our ultra-rapid (150kW+) Charging Hubs between 7pm and 7am, every day with your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card.
