  • The Mini is our entry-level tier – unlocking 49p/kWh across any charger on the Be.EV network for just £4.99 per month, getting you saving after just one charge. 
  • The Mega is where the real savings live – unlocking a super-low 39p/kWh across all chargers, all day, for less than a tenner a month. Enjoy ultra-rapid top-ups for a super-low price. 

Once you’ve subscribed in-app, any charges started with your Be.EV account will get the discounted rate auto-magically (it’s that easy).

Get started with our EV Charging App

Here's everything you need to know about using your Be.EV app.

  • When you enter your Be.EV app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to follow a few steps to set-up your account. 

    One of these steps is to add a payment card to your account, which will be stored securely in-app for future charge sessions. 

    If you’d like to add, remove or edit a payment card, you can do this at any time by opening the app > tapping on the account icon at the bottom right of the screen (which looks like a person) > then selecting the ‘Payment Methods’ tile. 

    Here you can manage all things payment.  

  • Starting a charge through your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card gets you our cheapest rate. 

    Fast chargers

    • 45p/kWh – Off-Peak* (9pm - 7am) Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    • 50p/kWh – Anytime Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    Rapid chargers

    • 55p/kWh – Off-Peak* (9pm - 7am) Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    • 60p/kWh – Anytime Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    Ultra-rapid chargers

    • 65p/kWh – Off-Peak* (9pm - 7am) Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    • 70p/kWh – Anytime Be.EV Members (Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card)

    You’ll also see a smaller pre-authorisation amount taken at the start of each charge session – just another perk of being a Be.EV Member. 

  • You may notice that we take a small pre-authorisation amount at the start of each session to ensure a charge can be paid for in full (just like at the petrol pump, but less smelly). 
     
    Rest assured, this is not a payment, just simply a hold on your account which will disappear to reflect the real cost of the charge session after you’ve charged up. Depending on your bank, this can take a few days, but usually resolves straight away. 

  • Head to your Be.EV app > Account > Subscriptions to pick your tier and start saving. 
     
    If you’ve got a stored payment card, you can select it to pay your monthly fee; if not, you can add one easily there-and-then for future billing. 

    Once you’re subscribed, use your Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card to charge-up at your discounted rate. It’s as easy as that. 

    *Don't forget to update your app if you are having issues seeing our new subscriptions feature. 

  • The Mini unlocks a 49p/kWh charging price for just £4.99 per month, whilst The Mega unlocks a super-low 39p/kWh charging price all-day for £9.99 per month.  

    Subscribe anytime, cancel anytime – you’ve got the power. 

  • You can charge-up at any Be.EV charger with your discounted Be.EV subscription price.
