  • Raption 150 Charger:

    To start charging using the Be.EV app 

    • Step 1: Plug in the connector to your EV and hold steady for a moment
    • Step 2: Select the connector you wish to use on the app and press ‘start’

    Once your payment is approved charging will soon begin. 

    To start charging using a Be.EV Member RFID card, roaming partner RFID card or Contactless card

    • Step 1: Touch screen to start
    • Step 2: Select the payment method on screen you wish to use (RFID card or Contactless)
    • Step 3: Present your RFID card to the RFID reader, or your Contactless card to the Contactless terminal
    • Step 4: Select the connector on-screen you wish to use
    • Step 5: Plug in the connector to your EV and hold steady for a moment
    • Step 6: Press start on screen and charging will soon begin

    If you have any issues, remember you can get in touch with our friendly support team day or night on 0800 917 3208 and they will get you charging.

  • To stop charging 

    • Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
    • Step 2: Select the connector on the charger screen you're charging at
    • Step 3: If requested, re-present the payment method you started with to the RFID reader/Contactless terminal or on the Be.EV app 
    • Step 4: Press 'stop' and unplug

  • If you’re paying with the Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card, you can see your past charges in the app. You can do this by tapping on the green Be.EV home button in the middle of the bottom banner > hitting the ‘Account’ icon at the top right (which looks like a person) > then selecting ‘Charging History’. Pick the session you’d like an invoice for and select ‘Download’.

    If you’re paying by Contactless, get in touch with our team and we’ll be able to generate a VAT receipt for you: support@be-ev.co.uk

    If you’re paying through a roaming partner, you’ll need to download your receipt via their app or get in touch with their support team.
