Kempower Charger:

To start charging
- Step 1: Plug in the connector to your EV and hold steady for a moment.
- Step 2: Either:
1. Select the connector you wish to use on the Be.EV app and press 'start'
2. Present your Be.EV Member RFID card or roaming partner RFID card to the RFID reader (located just below the screen), or
3. Present your contactless card to the contactless terminal (located below the connector handles)
Once your payment is approved charging will soon begin.

If you have any issues, remember you can get in touch with our friendly support team day or night on 0800 917 3208 and they will get you charging.
To stop charging
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Select your connector on the charger screen and press 'stop'
- Step 3: If requested, re-present the payment method you started with to the RFID reader/contactless terminal or hold the stop button at the bottom of the live charging screen on the Be.EV app.
- Step 4: Unplug your vehicle
If you’re paying with the Be.EV app or Be.EV RFID card, you can see your past charges in the app. You can do this by tapping on the green Be.EV home button in the middle of the bottom banner > hitting the ‘Account’ icon at the top right (which looks like a person) > then selecting ‘Charging History’. Pick the session you’d like an invoice for and select ‘Download’.

If you’re paying through a roaming partner, you’ll need to download your receipt via their app or get in touch with their support team.
