Capitalised terms used in this promotional offer shall have the meaning given to them in Be.EV’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified in this promotional offer, Be.EV’s terms and conditions will apply in respect of any Services provided to you. Please refer to Terms & Conditions (be-ev.co.uk) for further information.
This promotional offer only applies to Be.EV’s Charging Points located at White City Retail Park, Chester Road, Stretford, M16 0RP (the Participating Be.EV Site).
Subject to these terms and conditions, Be.EV’s registered members shall be entitled to one free charge (One Free Charge) where:
they use Be.EV’s Charging Points located at the Participating Be.EV Site to charge an electric vehicle nine times during the period commencing on (and including) 20 February 2026 and ending on (and including) 20 May 2026 (the Promotional Offer Period);
the fee for each of these nine charging sessions is £10 or more;
each of the nine charges are paid via the same registered member’s Account using either Our App or RFID Access Card associated with such Account; and
the registered member has opted into marketing consent for their Account,
(paragraphs a to d (inclusive) together constituting Nine Valid Charging Sessions).
Within 48 hours of a Be.EV registered member completing Nine Valid Charging Sessions, One Free Charge will be credited to that Account. The One Free Charge will be applied to the applicable Be.EV registered member’s next charge at any Be.EV Charging Points where they use Our App or RFID Access Card to pay.
If a registered member wants to check their Account has received the promotion before commencing a charging session, it will be shown in the ‘active promotions’ tab within Our App.
Each Account will only be entitled to One Free Charge. This applies regardless of the overall fee for each charging session (i.e., if the fee is £20 for each of the Nine Valid Charging Sessions then you will still only receive One Free Charge) or the number of Nine Valid Charging Sessions they undertake.
The One Free Charge will only be valid until (and including) 20 August 2026 and is limited to one promotional offer per Account.
The maximum session spend for the One Free Charge is limited to £100. If the session spend is less than £100 for the applicable One Free Charge then no unused spend can be carried forward or used to offset against any future charging sessions. Any fee over and above the £100 limit for the One Free Charge is the responsibility of the relevant member.
This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash equivalent.
Be.EV reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer at any time.
Registered members will receive marketing communications updating them of their progress towards receiving One Free Charge. Please note that these communications can take up to 48 hours to arrive after each charging sessions.
