Uber x Greggs Be.EV Campaign T&Cs

The promoter of this promotional offer is Iduna OMA Limited (trading as Be.EV), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13342675) whose registered office is at Vincent Court, Ground Floor, 853-855 London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 9SZ.  

  1. Capitalised terms used in this promotional offer shall have the meaning given to them in Be.EV’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified in this promotional offer, Be.EV’s terms and conditions will apply in respect of any Services provided to you. Please refer to Terms & Conditions (be-ev.co.uk) for further information. 

  1. This promotional offer only applies to drivers who have signed up to the Be.EV X Uber membership scheme.   

  1. Subject to these terms and conditions, Be.EV’s registered members shall be entitled to a free regular Greggs hot drink (One Free Greggs Regular Hot Drink) where:

    1. they use Be.EV Charging Points to charge an electric vehicle during the period commencing on 23rd July 2026 (and including) and ending on (and including) 23rd October 2026 (the Promotional Offer Period);

    2. the volume of their charging session is 20kWh or more;

    3. the charging session is paid via the registered member’s Account using either Our App or RFID Access Card associated with such Account; and

    4. the registered member has opted into marketing consent for their Account, 

  (paragraphs a to d (inclusive) together constituting One Valid Charging Session). 

  1. Within 24 hours of a Be.EV registered member completing Three Valid Charging Sessions, a unique voucher code will be sent to the registered member’s registered email address entitling that member to One Free Greggs Regular Hot Drink.  

  1. Each registered member is eligible for Another Free Greggs Regular Hot Drink for every Three Valid Charging Sessions completed. 

  1. Valid Charging Sessions accumulate during the Promotional Offer Period only. Any Valid Charging Sessions that do not complete a set of three by the end of the Promotional Offer Period will not carry over and will not count towards a Free Greggs Regular Hot Drink.  

  1. Each registered member is capped to a maximum of Five Free Greggs Regular Hot Drinks per calendar month.    

  1. Registered members of the Be.EV X Uber membership scheme will receive marketing communication confirming their enrolment in the group. Please note that you will not be entitled to participate in this promotional offer if you are not in the group. 

  1. If you are already part of the Be.EV X Uber membership scheme and would like to resubscribe to marketing communications, you can do so by filling out this form: https://fo6c7.share-eu1.hsforms.com/2o4Qx_V2KTg-X3BuzweX0kA. You can withdraw or amend your subscription to marketing communications at any point. 

  1. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash equivalent. 

  1. The unique voucher code is only valid for One Free Regular Greggs Hot Drink. Any extras will be charged accordingly, and may be charged under a separate transaction.  

  1. The unique voucher code must be shown to a member of Greggs’ staff to redeem. One claim per user, per unique code. One code accepted per transaction.  

  1. The unique voucher code cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer or Greggs reward scheme  

  1. The unique voucher code is valid to redeem from the start date of the promotion (23.07.26)23 July 2026 until end of date of the promotion (01 March 2027.03.27). Any unique voucher codes shown outside of this period will not be valid or accepted. Screenshots or photos of codes will not be accepted.   

  1. The unique voucher code is available to redeem majority of Greggs shops only, exclusions do apply. Offer is subject to availability and whilst stocks last. An alternative product may be supplied at Gregg’s discretion. Valid to take away. UK residents only.
