"No Queue Guarantee" terms & conditions

1. Introduction 
1.1. The "No Queue Guarantee" is offered by Be.EV ("we," "us," "our") as part of our commitment to providing an exceptional charging experience to our customers.  
1.2. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  

2. Eligibility 
2.1. This promotion is only open to customers that have an active Be.EV account opened through the Be.EV app or Be.EV website. Please refer to our website for further information on how to open an account https://be-ev.co.uk      
2.2. This promotion only applies to Be.EV chargepoints at the following locations: (i) Sale Water Park M33 2LX; (ii) Golden Hill Park M41 5RA; (iii)White City Retail Park M16 0RP,; (iv) Gateway Retail Park OL9 6QR and (v) St. Mary’s Retail Park OL12 0TY).  
2.3. This promotion is only valid from 7th August 00:01 2024 to 7th September 23:59 2024 ("Promotion Period").  

3. No Queue Guarantee Details 
3.1. A "queue" is defined as the need to wait for an available chargepoint when all chargepoints at a given location are occupied by actively charging vehicles.  

 3.2. A "queue" occurs when a customer arrives at a chargepoint location, and there are no available chargepoints within 2 minutes of arriving.  
3.3. The customer must report the queue incident to us within 24 hours of the queue incident occurring by contacting our customer service team at support@be-ev.co.uk. The report must include:  
    3.3.1. The date and time of arrival.  
    3.3.2. The chargepoint location.  
    3.3.3. A description of the queue experience, including the number of vehicles waiting.  
    3.3.4. Proof of waiting time, such as a timestamped photograph or screenshot from our app showing the queue.  

4. Free Charge Reward 
4.1. If the customer meets the eligibility criteria and reports a valid queue incident within the required period of time, they will receive a credit for one free charge ("Free Charge") on their next visit to any of our chargepoints.  
4.2. The Free Charge will be credited to the customer's Be.EV account and will be found in the promotion wallet of the Be.EV app within 7 days of the verified queue report.  
4.3. The Free Charge is valid for a single charging session up to a maximum value of £30  
4.4. The Free Charge must be used within six months from the date of issuance.  
4.5. The Free Charge is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

4.6 Each individual customer with an active account is only entitled to one Free Charge per charging location.  

5. General Conditions  
5.1. We reserve the right to verify all claims and to refuse a claim if we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been a valid queue incident or that there has been a breach of these T&Cs or any instructions forming part of this promotion by the customer.  
5.2. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the "No Queue Guarantee" offer at any time without prior notice.  
5.3. Our decision regarding any aspect of the "No Queue Guarantee" is final and binding.
