Pentagon Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Terms & Conditions of Service  

  1. Your use of the Charging Points and Our Services shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions of Service You enter into when signing up for an Account (Our Terms & Conditions), a copy of which can be found here Terms & Conditions of Service | Be.EV. 
  2. The following fair usage terms are supplemental to Our Terms & Conditions. Save as is otherwise defined herein, the definitions in Our Terms & Conditions shall apply. 
  3. The promotional subscription rate of 39p/kWh shall apply for a period of three (3) months from the date of enrolment. Unless the customer elects to purchase a Mega Subscription prior to the expiry of the 90-day period, the promotional subscription shall automatically terminate without further notice, and the customer’s account shall revert to the standard member tariffs applicable to app or RFID users.

2. Fair Usage Terms 

  1. You are not permitted to share or allow any other person or party to use or access Your Account, RFID Access Card or Our App.
  2. In order to ensure fair access to all customers, We reserve the right to apply a fair-usage limit of 2,000 kWh per Account per calendar month. If You exceed this limit during a calendar month, We reserve the right to notify You of this and to apply Our standard applicable member’s tariff for the remainder of that month. 
  3. If We suspect that You are sharing or allowing any other person or party to use or access Your Account, RFID Access Card or Our App  We may suspend Your access to Your Account, RFID Access Card and Our App whilst We investigate. If We find (at our absolute discretion) that You have breached these terms, We may cancel Your access to Your Account, RFID Access Card and Our App with immediate effect.

3. Data Usage

  1. As stated in clause 14 of our Terms and Conditions of Service, we will collect, use, store and share your personal information as set out in Our Privacy Notice. Our Privacy Notice is available here.
  2. By signing up to the exclusive three month subscription offer with Be.EV, you give permission for us to contact you about rewards, great value promotions, Be.EV news and more. You can opt-out at any time.
