Free Charging prize draw - Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Iduna OMA limited.   

  1. Eligibility:  

  • The competition is open to all Be.EV members aged 18 or over, residing in the United Kingdom.  

  • Employees of Be.EV, their families, or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.  

  • Only submissions made through the prescribed link provided by Be.EV during the competition period are eligible.  

  1. Competition Period:  

  • The competition runs monthly from the first day (00:01) of each calendar month to the final day (23:59) of each calendar month.  

  1. How to Enter:  

  • To enter, participants must click on the prescribed link provided by Be.EV. The submission time and date will determine the competition month entered.  

  • Each individual link provided will allow each member one entry into the prize draw. Members may submit entries in subsequent months.  

  1. Prize:  

  • Each month, five winners will receive one free charge to a maximum value of £100 (the "Prize").  

  • The Prize will be created/distributed as a promotion which can be viewed within the Be.EV app. 

  • To redeem, the winner must complete a charge using either the Be.EV app or RFID card for at least £1. 

  • The Prize must be used within 1 calendar month from being created/distributed as a promotion within the Be.EV app.  

  • The Prize will be allocated to the Be.EV account which submitted the entry and cannot be transferred to another account.  

  • The Prize cannot otherwise be transferred for cash or a cash alternative. 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification:  

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of each Competition Period ending. Be.EV’s decision on this is final. 

  • The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in their Be.EV app account.  

  1. Publicity:  

  • By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to Be.EV using their name and general location for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.  

  1. General:  

  • Be.EV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.  

  • Be.EV accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or errors.  

  • Be.EV reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Governing Law:  

  • This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
