1. Capitalised terms used in this offer shall have the meaning given to them in Be.EV’s terms and conditions. Be.EV’s terms and conditions will, unless otherwise specified, otherwise apply in respect of any Services provided to you under their Terms. Please refer to Terms & Conditions (be-ev.co.uk) for further information.
2. This promotional offer only applies to Be.EV’s Charging Points located at Manchester Charging Oasis, Reliance Street, Manchester, M40 3AX (the Participating Be.EV Site).
3. Subject to these terms and conditions, Be.EV’s registered members shall be entitled to one free handcrafted drink, any size (hot or cold) from Nero Express, 1091 Oldham Road, Manchester, M40 2EN (the Participating Store) where:
they use Be.EV’s Charging Points located the Participating Be.EV Site to charge an electric vehicle four times during the Promotional Offer Period;
the fee for each of these four charging session is £10 or more; and
they use either Our App or RFID Access Card to pay for each of the four valid charging sessions,
The driver is opted into marketing consent.
4. Following the completion of Four Valid Charging Sessions, a unique promotional code will be sent via email to the email address that is linked to the applicable registered member’s account. Communications may take upto 24 hours to arrive. Only one unique code will be sent for the Four Valid Charging Session regardless of the overall fee for each charging session (i.e., if the fee is £20 for each of the Four Valid Charging Sessions then you will only receive one unique code).
5. Each unique code is only valid for 30 days after being received and all codes will expire 30/06/2026.
6. The email will contain a unique promotional code which can be redeemed via the Caffè Nero app. To reclaim the offer, you will need to sign up to the Caffè Nero app. Once signed in, click “Settings” and enter your unique promotional code in the “Promo Codes” section. Once you have clicked “Apply”, your unique promotional code will appear as a QR code in the “Wallet” section of the app
7. The bearer of this promotional code will be entitled to one handcrafted drink, any size (hot or cold). Handcrafted drink includes speciality drinks and extras. All other products are excluded from this promotion. The offer is subject to availability. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or account card offer. Voucher cannot be exchanged. The offer is only valid at the Participating Store. In store only. The bearer of this voucher is not entitled to a Caffe Nero loyalty stamp.
