The bearer of a voucher is entitled to one Hot Drink or Iced Drink (any size) for free. Speciality Drinks and Extras are also included. Subject to availability. How do I get my free Caffè Nero coffee?
Be.EV customers can scan the QR code on the Be.EV charger they’re using during or after their charging session. They will then be directed to a quick online form to confirm their details. Once they’ve completed this form, they will receive a unique online Caffè Nero code entitling them to one free-of-charge coffee from any Caffè Nero branch. The code will also be emailed to the email address provided. Customers will need to follow the link to download or open the Caffè Nero app, where the voucher will then be stored in the Caffè Nero wallet. Customers will then have 30 days to redeem their voucher.

Do I need to purchase something from Caffè Nero to get the coffee?
No purchase necessary. The free coffee is a thank you for choosing to charge with Be.EV.
Is there a limit to what I can redeem?
This offer entitles Be.EV customers to one free coffee from Caffè Nero. One voucher, one redemption per person.
Can I redeem my coffee at any Caffè Nero store?
Yes, this offer is valid at any Caffè Nero branch nationwide.
How long will I have to redeem my Caffè Nero coffee?
Once you receive your voucher code, you will have 30 days to redeem your free coffee from any Caffè Nero store.
