Eligibility:
The competition is open to all Be.EV members aged 18 or over, residing in the United Kingdom.
Employees of Be.EV, their families, or anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Only submissions made through a valid charging session using the Be.EV app or through the below social media conditions will be considered.
All entrants must have a valid Be.EV account to be eligible for a prize.
Competition Period:
The competition begins on 06/07/2026. The prize draws take place on 23/07/2026, 12/08/2026 and the final one on 03/09/2026. Entries outside of the period between 06/07/2026 to 03/09/2026 will not be accepted.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must follow the below conditions to gain tickets in the prize draw.
One ticket will be awarded for each charging session completed by a registered Be.EV using our app or Be.EV RFID card to pay with a minimum spend of £5.
One ticket will be awarded for liking, saving and commenting a phrase specified by the promoter on particular social media posts, as stated by the promoter.
Five tickets will be awarded for entrants who take a summer themed photo at a Be.EV site and tag Be.EV’s official social media accounts.
Prize:
There are a total of 39 prizes of varying monetary values in the form of vouchers or free Be.EV’s Mega Subscription for a certain number of months.
The Prize will be distributed through email using the email address linked to the registered Be.EV member’s account, with the winners being initially notified by email or social media.
To redeem, the winner must provide a valid Be.EV account number upon request.
Where the prize is a gift voucher, it must be used within the time stated by Buy A Gift on the voucher.
Prizes cannot be sent to another person or transferred.
Prizes cannot otherwise be transferred for cash or a cash alternative.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the relevant prize draw date. Be.EV’s decision on this is final.
The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided in their Be.EV app account or through social media.
Publicity:
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to Be.EV using their name and general location for promotional purposes (including via social media), unless prohibited by law.
Any photos submitted as entries can be used for promotional purposes by Be.EV.
General:
Be.EV reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions.
Be.EV accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or errors.
Be.EV reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Be.EV has no association with Buy A Gift or any of the experience suppliers/vendors. Their own terms and conditions apply to the prizes.

Governing Law:
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
