That’s why reliability sits at the heart of how we design, operate and maintain the Be.EV network. Whether it’s a quick top-up on a busy day or a longer stop on a road trip, drivers need confidence their charger will be ready when they arrive.
In 2025, our rapid and ultra-rapid network achieved an average reliability score of 99% across more than 600 public DC charge points (50kW+).
This performance is measured and reported in line with the UK Government’s Public Charge Point Regulations 2023, ensuring transparency and accountability across the industry.
And for us, this is just the starting line. As our network grows, so does our investment in monitoring, maintenance and upgrades, all focused on keeping reliability high and making charging simple for every driver.
