To start charging using the Be.EV app
- Step 1: Plug in your cable to the charge point socket and your EV
- Step 2: Select the connector you wish to use on the app (left is A and right is B) and press ‘start’
Once your payment is approved charging will soon begin.

To start charging using a Be.EV RFID card or roaming partner RFID card
- Step 1: Plug in your cable to the charge point socket and your EV
- Step 2: Tap your RFID card on the RFID reader until your hear a 'beep'
Once your payment is approved charging will soon begin.

If you have any issues, remember you can get in touch with our friendly support team day or night on 0800 917 3208 and they will get you charging.
To stop charging
- Step 1: Ensure your EV is unlocked
- Step 2: Re-tap your RFID card on the RFID reader or hold stop on the bottom of the live charging screen on the Be.EV app
- Step 3: Unplug your cable from your EV and the charge point (if the cable feels locked in, ensure the charge session has stopped on the charger screen, then lock and unlock your EV three times)
